Due to the natural origin of food products such as matcha and tea:

• variations in colour, aroma, taste, or texture may occur

• such variations do not constitute a defect

Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that product appearance on your screen will exactly reflect the delivered product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are accepted only after payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

• pricing or technical errors

• suspected fraud

• unavailable stock

Refunds and returns are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, except where exclusions apply (e.g. opened sealed food products).
