How to prepare

Sift 1–2 grams of matcha into a bowl. Add 60–80 ml of hot water at around 70–80Β°C. Whisk briskly in an β€œM” or zig-zag motion until a creamy, vibrant froth forms. Adjust intensity by using more or less powder. Excellent for traditional usucha, premium lattes, iced matcha and shaken cold drinks.
